Bugfixes:
- fixed config for Sampleformat
- fixed parser to handle includes correctly

New features:
- added cardinality check (stripoffsets and stripbytecounts)
Further improvements
- added cpack-support in cmake files, this allows to create debian- or redhead packages
- added perl based testsuite
- added support for link time optimization (LTO)
- added support to compile checkit_tiff statically
The release was tested sucessfully under Linux Debian Buster
